Payment of £200 security deposit (refundable) together with 25% of the rental
charge secures your bookings with balance due 16 weeks prior to arrival please.
Rentals include normal use of gas, electricity, logs and water. Also standard
changeover cleaning and any local taxes.
If you have any special needs or requirements such as cot, high chair,
welcome pack (essential foodstuffs/teat/coffee etc.) please ask and we will
endeavour to accommodate these.
